Do you know if you are going to heaven? Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? Do you wonder if God will accept you? Do you think you are not good enough to be forgiven?
I want you to know that the God I serve is a loving and merciful God who wants desperately to have a relationship with you. He loves you so much that He sent His only Son to become sin for you and die on the cross for you so that sin would not be able to separate you from Him. No matter what you have done…and I do mean anything at all…God WANTS you to know that all you need to do is to accept His Son, Jesus Christ, as your Savior. The beginning of a journey starts with one step. This step tells God that you want Him to wash you clean and make you new. He WANTS you to let Him Love YOU!!!
If you are ready to let Him into your life, then start a conversation with God or if it is easier for you, I am a simple prayer you can use to help you get started…
Father God, I want to know you. I want to have a relationship with a Father that never leaves me, a Father that cares about each breath I take and Who loves me with a love no person can offer. I believe that Your Son, Jesus Christ, took on sin in His blameless life and died on the cross so that I can be forgiven of every sin. I believe that by His blood, I am washed clean and I am given a gift of eternal life with You. I accept Jesus as my savior and ask that you make me a new person, creating a new heart in me filled with Your precious love. Transform my heart and mind to love what You love and to renounce sin. I thank You, Lord that Your Holy Spirit now dwells within me and guides me for all the days of my life, leading me into a deeper and personal relationship with You and making Your Will my own. I thank You that every fiber of my being knows You are the true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God who created me and all the universe, the God that wants to bring every good and precious thing to pass in my life. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
